Analysis of the Construction Status of Tea Industry Standard System
摘要
Abstract
With the development of the tea industry,the standardization of tea has gradually progressed.This article in-troduced the current situation of China's general tea standards,the standardization of different kinds of tea,and the es-tablishment of international tea standards.Among them,it classified and introduced the standard for Oolong tea,white tea,black tea,green tea,yellow tea,dark tea,and jasmine tea.Currently,there are 31 effective international standards for tea,and 4 more are under development.To support the"going global"strategy for Chinese standards,23 national standards have been published in foreign languages,and 3 more are under development.The article also provided an outlook on the future development direction of the standard construction,which has certain reference significance for further promoting the standardization of tea in China.关键词
