History,Current Situation,and Development Suggestions of Scented Tea Production in Zhejiang Province
摘要
Abstract
Under the guidance of new tea drink,the trend of scented tea production in Zhejiang province is good.This article analyzed the production history and current situation of Zhejiang scented tea,as well as the three major characteristics of a wide variety of product colors,diverse fermentation processes,and low product standardization.It discussed the four major advantages of Zhejiang scented tea production in terms of policy,technology,raw mate-rials and market,and proposed development suggestions for appropriate production.关键词
