德国职业教育与高等教育协同创新探析
An Analysis of Collaborative Innovation Between Vocational Education and Higher Education in Germany

Abstract
Against the backdrop of changes in population structure,educational relationships,and talent standards,Germany's vocational education and higher education urgently need to make adaptive adjustments,and collaborative innovation has become one of the key paths for their common development.The collaborative innovation model represented by the dual system higher education demonstrates the deep cooperation and potential between vocational education and higher education in Germany.This model not only reflects the dual nature of vocational education and higher education complementing each other,but also highlights the dual value of combining the two types of education.It transcends traditional institutional boundaries and has developed into an educational concept that is decoupled from institutional types,providing a strong demonstration and reference for innovative development in the field of education.The core development experience of collaborative innovation between vocational education and higher education in Germany is to integrate the concept of vocational and academic nature,construct innovative forms of two types of education,and provide practical measures to meet the needs of multiple parties.关键词
