摘要
Abstract
New quality productive forces are driven by innovative technology,supported by the cultivation of high skilled and high-quality talents,and carried by new and future industries.They have characteristics such as innovation driven,digital leadership,higher quality,and sustainable development.As the main battlefield for cultivating skilled talents,vocational education must be closely integrated with the development of new quality productive forces,in order to form a bidirectional driving,mutual influence,and mutual promotion mechanism between the two.On the one hand,new quality productive forces have promoted profound changes in vocational education in terms of professional settings,educational teaching,training objectives and models,and educational governance;on the other hand,vocational education has exported a new paradigm of school enterprise integration and cultivated new quality talents for the development of new quality productive forces.However,vocational education also faces a series of challenges in promoting the development of new quality productive forces,such as the inability of talent output to meet the needs of emerging industries,the inability to deeply integrate industry and education,the emergence of the digital divide and the polarization caused by educational imbalances,the solidification of traditional educational concepts,and the urgent need for teachers to change their thinking.Based on this,three necessary paths to address the challenges are proposed:first,adhere to collaborative innovation,promote deep integration and innovation of industry,education,and research;secondly,adhere to digital applications and promote the sharing and co construction of digital platforms and resources;the third is to optimize the education model and take multiple measures to cultivate high-quality new talents.关键词
