Abstract
Objective To examine the application effect of comfort nursing combined with early warning graded management in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 104 chronic heart failure patients(admitted to Fuwai Hospital Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences,Shenzhen)enrolled from March 2021 to February 2023 were divided into an observation group and a control group by the use of a random number table.Both groups contained 52 cases.The control group carried out routine nursing,while the observation group carried out comfort nursing combined with early warning graded management.The quality of nursing,cardiac function,quality of life,exercise endurance,and incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events(MACEs)were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of nursing was compared between the two groups,and the results revealed that the observation group had higher scores in all aspects than the control group(all P<0.05).At discharge and 1 month after discharge,the left ventricular ejection fraction of the observation group was greater than that of the control group.The left ventricular end-diastolic diameter was smaller than that of the control group.The 6-min walk distance was longer than that of the control group.The score of the Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire was lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Both groups performed better compared with admission(all P<0.05).In the observation group,the above indicators at 1 month after discharge were better than those at discharge(all P<0.05).The total incidence of MACEs in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing combined with early warning graded management can improve the cardiac function of chronic heart failure patients,enhance their quality of life and exercise endurance,reduce the risk of MACEs,and improve the quality of nursing.关键词
