基于Snyder希望理论的护理在行食管癌根治术患者中的应用效果OA
Effect of nursing based on Snyder's hope theory on patients undergoing radical surgery of esophageal cancer
目的 探析基于Snyder希望理论的护理在行食管癌根治术患者中的实施效果.方法 回顾性分析 2022 年2～12 月上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院收治的100 例行食管癌根治术患者的临床资料,按护理方法的不同进行分组,将采用常规围手术期护理的51 例患者纳入对照组,将实施基于Snyder希望理论护理的 49 例患者纳入观察组.比较2 组的希望水平、应激反应、并发症发生率以及术后恢复情况.结果 术前1d及术后3d,2 组Herth希望指数(HHI)…查看全部>>
