Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of case management combined with diversified health education on the recovery of patients after radical surgery of lung cancer.Methods Ninety patients who underwent radical surgery of lung cancer at the Department of Thoracic Surgery of Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology were selected as the study subjects,and their enrollment time was from December 2021 to December 2022.According to the differences in intervention methods,they were allocated into a control group(conventional postoperative intervention)and an observation group(case management combined with diversified health education),with 45 cases in each group.The postoperative recovery was compared between the two groups.Results At 1 and 2 months after surgery,the forced expiratory volume in 1 second,the forced expiratory volume in 1 second/forced vital capacity,the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale score,and the General Self-Efficacy Scale score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05),and both groups performed better compared with those at 1 day after surgery(all P<0.05).The above indicators and scores at 2 months after surgery were higher than those at 1 month after surgery in both groups(all P<0.05).At 1 and 2 months after surgery,the scores of the modified Medical Research Council and COPD assessment test in the observation group were lower compared with the control group(all P<0.05),and the scores of both groups were decreased compared with those at 1 day after surgery(all P<0.05).The above scores at 2 months after surgery were lower than those at 1 month after surgery in both groups(all P<0.05).The total incidence of complications was compared between the two groups,and the observation group had a lower incidence(P<0.05).Conclusion Case management combined with diversified health education can improve the pulmonary function and dyspnea of patients after radical surgery of lung cancer,enhance their psychological resilience and self-efficacy,and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.关键词
