Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of nurse-led multidisciplinary intervention on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in the perioperative nursing of neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis.Method Eighty newborns with necrotizing enterocolitis who underwent surgical treatment at Changzhou Children's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were included.They were divided into an observation group(40 cases)and a control group(40 cases)using the random number table method.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,while the observation group received nurse-led multidisciplinary intervention on the basis of the control group's method.The levels of serum nutritional indicators,gastrointestinal hormones,gastrointestinal mucosal barrier indicators,and the overall intervention efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks and 1 month of intervention,the levels of serum somatostatin(SS),endotoxin(ET),diamine oxidase(DAO),gastrin(GAS),and motilin(MTL)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of serum albumin(ALB),hemoglobin(Hb),and total protein(TP)were higher than those in the control group.Moreover,the above indicators in both groups improved compared with those before intervention.The differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The overall intervention effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurse-led multidisciplinary intervention can effectively improve the digestive and absorptive functions of newborns with necrotizing enterocolitis,improve their nutritional status,promote their recovery of gastrointestinal function,and enhance the intervention effectiveness.关键词
