Effect of early postural changes guided by health education on the postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing cerebral angiography
目的 探讨以健康教育为指导的早期体位改变干预对行脑血管造影的患者术后心理状态、依从性及护理满意度的影响.方法 取2021 年3 月至2023 年2 月江南大学附属医院收治的 84 例行脑血管造影术的患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各42 例.对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予以健康教育为指导的早期体位改变干预.比较2 组在干预前和干预3d后的睡眠质量评分、心理状态、依从性、护理满意度以及并发症发生率与造影剂反应发生率.结果 干预3d…查看全部>>
