Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of early postural changes guided by health education on the psychological state,compliance,and nursing satisfaction of patients after cerebral angiography.Methods From March 2021 to February 2023,84 patients undergoing cerebral angiography at the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University were assigned into control and observation groups according to the random number table method,each with 42 cases.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given intervention of early postural changes guided by health education.The sleep quality score,psychological state,compliance,nursing satisfaction,incidence rate of complications,and incidence rate of contrast agent reactions of the two groups were compared before intervention and after 3 days of intervention.Results After 3 days of intervention,the sleep quality score and the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA)score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(both P<0.05),and the scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention(all P<0.05).The compliance and nursing satisfaction rates of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(both P<0.05).The incidence rates of complications and contrast agent reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion The early postural changes guided by health education can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients after cerebral angiography,relieve their anxiety state,improve their compliance and nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence rates of complications and contrast agent reactions.关键词
