Measurement,Regional Differences and Spatial Effect of High-quality Development Level of Vocational Education in China
摘要
Abstract
China has established the world's largest vocational education system,and high-quality development is a key issue in the reform and progress of vocational education.Based on the new development concept,the evaluation index system for high-quality development of vocational education was constructed,and the entropy weight method,Dagum Gini coefficient and spatial auto-correlation analysis were used to measure the level of high-quality development of vocational education in China from 2014 to 2022,and to analyse the regional differences and spatial effects of the high-quality development of vocational education in each province in each region of the country.The study found that the level of high-quality development of vocational education in China is relatively low,and the overall level of development shows a fluctuating upward trend;there are obvious differences in the level of high-quality development of vocational education between and within regions;and the spatial level of high-quality development of vocational education shows the characteristics of"high-high"agglomeration and"low-low"agglomeration.The level of high-quality development of vocational education in space is characterised by"high-high"concentration and"low-low"concentration.Based on this,the direction of high-quality development of China's vocational education is to build on the strengths and complement the weaknesses to comprehensively improve the level of high-quality development of vocational education with the guidance of the new development concept;to optimise the layout to narrow the gap in the level of high-quality development of vocational education among regions with the traction of resource inputs;and to formulate a differentiated strategy for the high-quality development of vocational education based on the actual situation according to local conditions.关键词
