Research Progress of Symbiotic Fungi in Orchidaceae
摘要
Abstract
Orchidaceae are small in size and have no endosperm.Usually,there are tens of thousands of seeds in a capsule.The nutrients re-quired for the germination of orchid seeds in the natural state can only be obtained by relying on the invasion of symbiotic fungal hyphae,so they are highly dependent on symbiotic fungi.Orchidaceae symbiotic fungi promote the growth and development of orchid protocorm and seed-lings,and help roots absorb water and nutrients.This paper reviews the isolation and identification,species,diversity and specificity,symbiotic germination and application prospects of symbiotic fungi in orchids at home and abroad,which will further provide theoretical basis and refer-ence for the study of orchid seed germination,protection and utilization of wild resources,breeding of new varieties,industrialization of orchid planting and development of secondary metabolic drugs.关键词
