兰科植物共生真菌研究进展OA
Research Progress of Symbiotic Fungi in Orchidaceae
兰科植物种子体积微小且无胚乳,数量巨大,通常一颗蒴果内有上万粒种子.自然状态下兰科植物种子萌发所需的营养只有依赖共生真菌菌丝侵入才能获得,因此高度依赖于共生真菌.兰科共生真菌促进兰花原球茎、幼苗生长发育、帮助根系吸收水分和营养物质.从国内外兰科植物共生真菌的分离鉴定、种类、多样性和专一性、共生萌发以及应用前景等方面进行综述,进一步为研究兰科植物种子萌发、野生资源的保护与利用、选育新品种、兰花种植产业化以及次生代谢药物研发提供理论依据和参考.
Orchidaceae are small in size and have no endosperm.Usually,there are tens of thousands of seeds in a capsule.The nutrients re-quired for the germination of orchid seeds in the natural state can only be obtained by relying on the invasion of symbiotic fungal hyphae,so they are highly dependent on symbiotic fungi.Orchidaceae symbiotic fungi promote the growth and development of orchid protocorm and seed-lings,and help roots absorb water and nutrients.This paper reviews the isolation and identification,species,diversity and specificity,symbiotic germination and application prospects of symbiotic fungi in orchids at home and abroad,which will further provide theoretical basis and refer-ence for the study of orchid seed germination,protection and utilization of wild resources,breeding of new varieties,industrialization of orchid planting and development of secondary metabolic drugs.
