摘要
Abstract
Water resources and food are fundamental needs for human survival and development.In recent years,climate change has led to increasingly severe drought,which in turn affects the yield of food crops and poses significant challenges to sustainable agricultural development and food security.Moderate water stress can save water resources while ensuring that crop yields do not decrease or increase,which is of great significance in solving the problem of water scarcity.This paper reviewed the research progress on the impact of water stress on yield of major food crops(wheat,corn,rice),so as to provide a theoretical basis for determining the appropriate degree of drought stress for major food crops.关键词
