云南茄套烟叶外观质量量化评价体系构建与应用
Construction and Application of Quantitative Evaluation System of Appearance Quality of Binder Leaves in Yunnan

Abstract
[Objective]To explore the construction of a quantitative evaluation system for the appearance quality of binder leaves,realize the quality evaluation and accurate classification of binder leaves,and screen out high-quality binder leaves.[Method]Taking 200 pieces of Yun-nan binder leaves as the test material,grading experts scored each tobacco leaf,and the scores of the appearance quality evaluation index of binder leaves were analyzed by using multiple statistical methods such as factor analysis,fuzzy mathematics and correlation analysis,and the differences of binder leaves in different grades and different production areas were compared,and finally the comprehensive evaluation of bind-er leaves was carried out.[Result]The correlation between the indicators of binder leaves was high,and the scores of each appearance quality evaluation index of different grades of binder leaves were S2<S1<M2<M1<L2,there was a significant difference in the appearance quality in-dex of binder leaves between different grades,and the overall appearance quality of the binder leaves in Lincang was generally better than those in P(u)er.The comprehensive evaluation found that the main types of binder leaves were grade 2 of tobacco leaves,followed by grade 4 of tobacco leaves,and grade 5 of tobacco leaves were the least,and there were obvious differences in the tobacco leaves types of binder leaves in different grades and different production areas.[Conclusion]The quantitative evaluation system of appearance quality of binder leaves construc-ted in this study is reliable,and it is feasible to classify binder leaves by using the appearance quality indexes.关键词
