Application Research and Implementation of Digital Twin Technology in Tobacco Field Management System

Abstract
Tobacco agriculture has improved the production efficiency of tobacco leaves,the quality of cured tobacco and farmers'income through the implementation of facility agriculture and full-process mechanization.However,it still faces efficiency problems in tobacco field management caused by non-linearity,interactivity,and multi-scale challenges.We applied digital twin theory and technology to a tobacco field management system in the Kunming area.A multi-element Internet of Things(IoT)data collection device was designed,combined with un-manned aerial vehicle oblique photography technology,to establish a digital twin model of the tobacco field.This model created a virtual control over the reality through online reasoning and feedback systems,with a practical application in tobacco nitrogen management.This resulted in da-ta-driven tobacco field farm management.The results showed that digital twin technology could significantly improve the management efficiency of tobacco agriculture,with nitrogen management efficiency increased by 71%.Digital twin technology had broad application potential in the en-tire process of tobacco field management,providing a reference for the digital transformation of tobacco agriculture.关键词
