农村大学生返乡意愿影响因素及提升路径研究
Study on Factors Influencing Rural College Students'Willingness to Return Home and the Impvoving Path—Based on Fuzzy Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fsQCA)

Abstract
As an important basis for talent revitalization,the cultivation of college students'willingness to return home is one of the important factors for the smooth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.In this study,the questionnaire data were processed by fuzzy set quali-tative comparative analysis(fsQCA),and the five influencing factors,family factors,homecoming policy,homecoming environment and school factors had mixed effects on college students'willingness to return home.The results found three groups of configurations,among which the re-turning environment,returning policy and school factors had the most significant influence.Therefore,some suggestions are put forward to opti-mize the policy of returning home,improve the public infrastructure,establish the correct employment concept and promote the integration of"industry,university and research"between schools and enterprises,in order to provide reference for the improvement of college students'will-ingness to return home.关键词
