中药治疗早期股骨头坏死的组方规律和研究进展
Prescription Rules and Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Early Femoral Head Necrosis

Abstract
Objective:On the basis of discussing the prescription rules of traditional Chinese medicine in treating early avascular necrosis of the femo-ral head in the past 12 years,this paper further summarizes the current research progress in the treatment of early avascular necrosis of the femoral head with traditional Chinese medicine at home and abroad,and provides a reference for clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of early avascular necrosis of the femoral head and further experimental research.Methods:Search the clinical research literature on the treatment of early avascular necrosis of the femoral head by traditional Chinese medicine included in CNKI,Wanfang Data,Vip and PubMed from January 1,2010 to October 15,2022,extract the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine,establish the Excel prescription database of traditional Chinese medicine,use Microsoft Excel 2010,SPSS Statistics 19 and SPSS Modeler 15.0,Data mining methods such as descriptive analysis,cluster analysis and association rule analysis are used for analysis.Results:A total of 166 kinds of traditional Chinese Herbs appeared in 42 traditional Chi-nese medicine prescriptions,with a total frequency of 591 times;Five effective clusters were obtained,of which Danggui and Niuxi were one cluster respectively,Gancao,Hangqi,Chuanxiong,Honghua,Shudihuang,Dashen,Gusuibu,Duzhong and Xuduan were one cluster,Lujiaojiao,Ruxiang,Baishao,Jixueteng and Yinyanghuo were one cluster,and the other 20 herbs were one cluster.A total of 10 high-value traditional Chinese medicine combinations were obtained in this study,which were Ruxiang-Moyao,Jixueteng-Weilingxian,Baishao-Chaihu,Jixueteng-Weilingxian-Baishao,Jixueteng-Shengdihuang-Guizhi,Lujiaojiao-TusiziChishao,Buguzhi-Tusizi-Guizhi,Ruxiang-Moyao-Buguzhi,Ruxiang-Moyao-Yinyanghuo and Ruxiang-Moyao-Lujiaojiao.Conclusion:In the past 10 years,traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of early avascular necrosis of the femo-ral head has mainly used drugs for tonifying deficiency and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.There are many combinations of high-value symptomatic treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,which are consistent with the common symptoms of early avascular necrosis of the femoral head.At the same time,some single traditional Chinese medicine is worthy of further basic research.关键词
