应用合谷刺法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的理论探讨及研究进展
Theoretical Discussion and Research Progress on Application of Hegu Needling in Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation
摘要
Abstract
Lumbar Disc Herniation(LDH)is a common chronic degenerative disease,which is related to factors such as age,occupation,trauma,and environment.Patients often have low back pain,radiating pain in one or both lower extremities,and intermittent claudication.At present,lumbar disc herniation is still mostly treated conservatively.Hegu needling has the effect of relieving spasm and pain,stimulating menstrual qi,and is widely used in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.This paper sorts out the relevant literature from three aspects:the etiology and pathogenesis of lumbar disc herniation,the theoretical basis of Hegu needling,and the clinical progress of applying Hegu needling in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,expounds the correlation between Hegu needling and lumbar disc herniation,and provides a new entry point for acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation,in order to provide ideas for the clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation.关键词
