浮针治疗咽异感症的临床观察OA
Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Paraesthesia Pharyngis with Fu's Subcutaneous Needling
目的:观察浮针治疗咽异感症的临床疗效.方法:选取符合纳入标准的咽异感症患者84例(脱落3例,完成81例),随机分为浮针组(40例)和针刺组(41例).浮针组施以浮针疗法,针刺组施以普通针刺,每次30min,均治疗2个疗程.观察两组治疗前后格拉斯哥爱丁堡咽喉症状评价量表(GETS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分的变化并评价疗效.结果:2个疗程治疗后,两组患者GETS、HAMA和HAMD评分均明显低于治疗前,且浮针组患者各评分均明显低于针刺组(P<0.05);浮针组和针刺组总有效率分别为92.5%和85.4%,浮针组疗效明显优于针刺组(P<0.05).结论:浮针疗法能有效缓解患者咽部异物感症状,改善焦虑抑郁情绪,临床疗效好于普通针刺治疗.
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Fu's Subcutaneous Needling for paraesthesia pharyngis.Methods:84 patients with paraesthe-sia pharyngis who met the inclusion criteria(3 cases of detachment and 81 cases of completion)were selected and randomly divided into the Fu's needle group(40 cases)and the acupuncture group(41 cases).The Fu's needle group was treated with Fu's Subcutaneous Needling therapy,while the acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture for 30 minutes each time,with two courses of treatment.Observe GETS,HAMA,and HAMD scores before and after two courses of treatment in two groups,and evaluate the efficacy.Results:After two courses of treatment,the GETS,HAMA,and HAMD scores of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than before treatment,and the scores of the Fu's needle group was signifi-cantly lower than that of the acupuncture group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rates of the Fu's needle group and the acupuncture group were 92.5%and 85.4%,respectively.The efficacy of the Fu's needle group was significantly better than that of the acupuncture group(P<0.05).Con-clusion:Fu's Subcutaneous Needling therapy can effectively alleviate the symptoms of paraesthesia pharyngis in patients,improve anxiety and de-pression,and has a better therapeutic effect than acupuncture treatment.
