浮针治疗咽异感症的临床观察
Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Paraesthesia Pharyngis with Fu's Subcutaneous Needling

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Fu's Subcutaneous Needling for paraesthesia pharyngis.Methods:84 patients with paraesthe-sia pharyngis who met the inclusion criteria(3 cases of detachment and 81 cases of completion)were selected and randomly divided into the Fu's needle group(40 cases)and the acupuncture group(41 cases).The Fu's needle group was treated with Fu's Subcutaneous Needling therapy,while the acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture for 30 minutes each time,with two courses of treatment.Observe GETS,HAMA,and HAMD scores before and after two courses of treatment in two groups,and evaluate the efficacy.Results:After two courses of treatment,the GETS,HAMA,and HAMD scores of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than before treatment,and the scores of the Fu's needle group was signifi-cantly lower than that of the acupuncture group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rates of the Fu's needle group and the acupuncture group were 92.5%and 85.4%,respectively.The efficacy of the Fu's needle group was significantly better than that of the acupuncture group(P<0.05).Con-clusion:Fu's Subcutaneous Needling therapy can effectively alleviate the symptoms of paraesthesia pharyngis in patients,improve anxiety and de-pression,and has a better therapeutic effect than acupuncture treatment.关键词
