探讨护心灸对阳虚型慢性心衰伴便秘患者的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Heart-Protecting Moxibustion on Chronic Heart Failure with Constipation of Yang Deficiency Type

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of heart-protecting moxibustion in the treatment of chronic heart failure with constipation due to yang deficiency,and to provide more effective treatment options for patients with chronic heart failure with constipation due to yang deficiency in tra-ditional Chinese medicine.Methods:66 cases of chronic heart failure with constipation due to yang deficiency were selected from the Second Hospi-tal of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Guangdong Province from July 2022 to July 2023,and were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment according to the treatment guidelines,while the observation group was given routine treatment plus heart-protecting moxibustion.The treatment time of both groups was 14 days.After the course of treatment,the heart function,constipation symptom score,TCM syndrome score,quality of life score and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the changes of heart function,constipation symptom score,im-provement degree of TCM syndrome score,quality of life score and total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Heart-protecting moxibus-tion can obviously improve the clinical effect of constipation symptoms in patients with chronic heart failure with yang deficiency,and has the advan-tages of simple operation,high safety and low price,which has a wide application prospect and is worth popularizing.关键词
