BIM技术在《绿色建筑评价标准》中的应用研究
Research on the Application of BIM Technology in the Green Building Evaluation Standard

Abstract
While China's construction industry is developing rapidly,problems such as high energy consumption and serious environmental pollution have become important factors affecting the sustainable development of human society.Therefore,China is paying more and more attention to the development of green buildings.Based on the analysis and research on the Green Building Evaluation Standard(GB/T 50378-2019),this paper divides the provisions in the standard into three categories.Taking a residential district in Qingdao as an example,the paper uses Revit BIM to build a model and then combines it with Swire software to evaluate some of the provisions in the Green Building Evaluation Standard.The application of BIM technology to green building evaluation research verifies the feasibility of BIM in green building evaluation and has important practical significance in promoting the development of green building evaluation in China.关键词
