在我国建筑业快速发展的同时,能源消耗高、环境污染严重等问题已经成为影响人类社会可持续发展的重要因素,因此,我国越来越重视绿色建筑的发展.文章基于对《绿色建筑评价标准》(GB/T 50378-2019)分析研究,将其条文分成三类.以青岛某住宅小区为例,利用Revit的BIM技术建立模型,结合斯维尔软件,对绿色建筑评价标准中的部分条文进行评价,应用BIM技术对绿色建筑进行评价研究,验证了BIM技术在绿色建筑评价的可行性,对推动我国绿色建筑评价的发展具有重要的现实意义.

While China's construction industry is developing rapidly,problems such as high energy consumption and serious environmental pollution have become important factors affecting the sustainable development of human society.Therefore,China is paying more and more attention to the development of green buildings.Based on the analysis and research on the Green Building Evaluation Standard(GB/T 50378-2019),this paper divides the provisions in the standard into three categories.Taking a residential district in Qingdao as an example,the paper uses Revit BIM to build a model and then combines it with Swire software to evaluate some of the provisions in the Green Building Evaluation Standard.The application of BIM technology to green building evaluation research verifies the feasibility of BIM in green building evaluation and has important practical significance in promoting the development of green building evaluation in China.
