Future-Oriented Low-Carbon Planning Transition of Suzhou Industrial Park

2020 年中国正式提出"双碳"战略,建设低碳城市已成为当今时代城市新发展的必然趋势.在这一背景下,苏州工业园区也将面临未来发展转型的重要挑战.文章分析了国内外一些低碳城市建设的经典案例,将其归纳为智慧型低碳城市、节能改造型低碳城市、能源替代型低碳城市、生态优先型低碳城市四种类型,并对其特征和经验进行了总结.最后从人居与生态平衡、科技协同战略、城市管理与公共政策三个角度出发,提出对苏州工业园区未来发展转型的探索与讨论,以期为推动其建设低碳城市示范区提供参考.

In 2020,China formally put forward the goal of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"strategy,and the construction of low-carbon cities has become an inevitable trend of new urban development in the current era.In this context,Suzhou Industrial Park will also face the important challenge of future development and transformation.This paper analyzes seven classical cases of low-carbon city construction at home and abroad,summarizes them into four types:smart low-carbon city,energy-saving renovated low-carbon city,energy substitution low-carbon city,and eco-priority low-carbon city,and summarizes their characteristics and experiences.Finally,from three perspectives of human habitat and ecological balance,scientific and technological synergy strategy,and urban management and public policy,it puts forward the exploration and discussion on the future development and transformation of SIP,with a view to providing a reference to promote the construction of a low-carbon city demonstration area.
