网络购物影响下的广州市社区商业空间演变研究OA

Research on the Evolution of Community Commercial Space in Guangzhou under the Influence of Online Shopping

文章基于广州市POI数据,运用核密度估计等空间分析方法分析了 2010-2020 年广州市社区商业空间的演变,探讨了网络购物对社区商业空间的影响.研究发现:①广州市社区商业空间总体上由中心城区集中分布向近郊区扩散,聚集度有小幅上升,南北走向态势加强,多中心结构愈加显著;② 不同类型的社区商业空间分布变化与总体特征基本一致,但不同类型社区商业变化程度不同;③不同类型社区商业受网络购物影响程度及作用方向不同.

Based on the POI data of Guangzhou from 2010 to 2020,this paper analyzes the evolution of community commercial space in Guangzhou by using spatial analysis methods such as kernel density,and probes into the influence of online shopping on community commercial space.The results show that:① the overall distribution of community commercial spaces in Guangzhou city has expanded from the central urban area to the suburban areas,with a slight increase in aggregation and a strengthening of the north-south trend.The multi center structure has become increasingly prominent.②The distribution changes of commercial spaces in different types of communities are basically consistent with the overall commercial characteristics,but the degree of change varies among different types of community commerce.③ Different business types in the community are affected by online shopping in different degrees and in different directions.
