Abstract
Since China adopted its"Double Carbon"strategy,mining with its high energy consumption and high carbon emis-sions characteristics has become an important battlefield for China to achieve carbon neutrality.It has become a new issue how to recover the ecosystem of the mining areas,and at the same time to effectively improve mining area emission reduction and sink augmentation capacity.Taking a mine restoration project in Jingyang County as an example,this paper focuses on ecological and environmental problems such as potential geological hazards,soil pollution,idle land and the reduction or even loss of carbon se-questration capacity of soil and vegetation.A model of"ecological restoration+photovoltaic energy+combination of agricul-ture and animal husbandry"is proposed to eliminate the hidden danger of geological disasters,restore land use function and en-hance the ability of emission reduction and carbon sinks.It helps implement systematic control of mountains,forests,lakes,grass and sand,build a green and low-carbon circular industry model,promote rural revitalization,and stick to the theory of Two Mountains.关键词
