Abstract
A method for the direct determination of glyphosate in groundwater by ion chromatography is presented.In the ex-periment,Aquion Ion Chromatograph was used,Dionex IonPac AS17-C anion exchange column was used as the analytical col-umn,and AG17-C as the anion protection column.The eluent was a KOH solution with a concentration of 30.00 mmol·L-1,a flow rate of 1.00 mL·min-1,an electric current of 75 mA and a sample volume of 100 mL.Through experimental analysis,the method is accurate,simple and low cost,suitable for the detection of a large number of groundwater samples.关键词
