Research on the Renewal of Old Community Traffic Space in TOD Area under the Concept of Sharing
摘要
Abstract
In the current stock development,the old community has an increasingly strong demand for renewal and transformation,and the TOD-oriented urban renewal design has entered the public's vision.However,the high density and intensive development mode of TOD is difficult to form positive interaction with the old community.The old communities are mostly closed,and are not completely provided with public transportation.It is difficult for TOD mode to completely solve the problems of chaotic traffic and congestion in old communities and the lack of fixed places for residents'social interaction activities.This paper proposes the renewal design strategies for the internal traffic space in the old community under the concept of sharing to enhance the correlation between the TOD model and the old community,and to stimulate the TOD model to drive the development of the old communities.关键词
