摘要
Abstract
The construction of the Science City of Southeast China(Fujian)is an important measure for Fujian Province to implement the national innovation driven development strategy and to build an innovative province with high-quality development.Analyzing world-renowned Science Cities,their development paths can be divided into three types:newly built,university derived,and upgrading of industrial park.Based on the development experience of world-renowned Science Cities and combined with practical conditions,this paper suggests that the construction of Science City of Southeast China(Fujian)should refer to the construction paths of three types comprehensively and the connotation of the Science City,start from the construction of high-level research institutes,and create scientific research platform for the landing of cutting-edge scientific devices and the aggregation of high-level innovative talents through the aggregation of high-level research institutes.It also proposes to establish highly efficient research achievement transformation system to promote the growth of the science and technology industry cluster.At the same time,the construction should be accelerated with the science and technology innovation center in Southeast China,intelligent manufacturing center,and high-quality urban space as goals to provide support for scientific research personnel,scientific research,and science industries.关键词
