浙江省未来社区创建的地方营造实践
Local Construction Practice for the Creation of Future Community in Zhejiang Province:A Case of Danxi Community in Yiwu City

Abstract
Urban renewal has entered a new stage of strict control of large-scale demolition and construction currently,and future community construction has become an important starting point for high-quality and highly efficient urban renewal in the future.In 2019,Zhejiang Province introduced the pilot work of future community construction to provide standards for future community construction work.This paper takes the future community creation plan of Danxi Community in Yiwu City as an example.Based on the practical conditions of Danxi Community,the in-depth exploration is carried out from the aspects of environment improvement,functional perfection,cultural bonding and digital empowerment,and clear target positioning and specific implementation measures are made to present the local construction practice of future community creation in Danxi of Yiwu City.It aims to provide work reference and local experience for high-quality creation of future communities.关键词
