The Continuation and Reconstruction:Study on Landscape Design of Elderly-Care Community Based on Landscape Design of Taiping Town in Chengdu

Abstract
With the deepening of aging,the traditional elderly-care community landscape environment cannot meet current elderly's leisure activities and health care needs.Starting from the theory of aging adaptability and the physical and mental needs of the elderly,this paper analyzes the landscape design of the elderly-care community in terms of continuity and reconstruction.Taking the landscape design of Taiping Town in Chengdu as an example,this paper explores the organization structure of ties and connected space,and summarizes the landscape design elements of elderly-care communities from three levels of node,path and surface,with a view to create a good living environment for the elderly,and to provide a reference for the landscape design of future elderly-care communities.关键词
