Abstract
This experiment integrates cutting-edge research from the field of organic photochemistry into undergraduate laboratory instruction.Utilizing benzaldehyde,aniline,and 4-isopropyl-1,4-dihydropyridines as starting materials,a visible-light-mediated one-pot multicomponent reaction was conducted under mild conditions to yield secondary amines efficiently.The experiment features cost-effective and readily available reagents,simple operation,and mild reaction conditions,alongside incorporating principles of green chemistry and organic synthesis methodology.Suitable for undergraduate laboratory teaching,it provides students with practical skills while deepening their comprehension of topics such as photochemical reactions,one-pot tandem reactions,and free radical processes.This experiment bridges the gap between cutting-edge research and talent cultivation,enhancing students'abilities in scientific research,innovation,and practical application.关键词
