An Automatic Calibration Device for Standard Leakage Hole Based on Electronic Soap Membrane Flowmeter

Abstract
A standard leak hole automatic calibration device is designed using a programmable high-precision electronic soap membrane flowmeter SF-1U and a programmable high-precision pressure controller PPC4,combined with software optimization.After multiple voltage stabilization designs,the fluctuation stability does not exceed 1%within the test pressure range of-0.1~1.6 MPa;Within the leakage rate range of 0.1~10 mL/min,the repeatability shall not exceed 0.5%.In addition,the device can automatically process data and generate original records after calibration,saving manpower and time,and reducing the uncertainty of calibration results.关键词
