非小细胞肺癌类器官的构建及其在药物筛选中的研究进展
Progress in the organoid construction of non-small cells lung cancer and its application in drug screening
摘要
Abstract
Non small cell lung cancer is a malignant tumor with high incidence rate and mortality.The commonly used cell models and animal models cannot fully reflect its biological and clinical diversity,so it is imperative to develop new drug screening models.Tumor organoid refers to a miniature 3D tumor cell model which was cultured from the primary tumor in the patient's body.Due to the highly similar histological characteristics with the corresponding parent tumor and the ability to reproduce the physiological function of the organ,tumor organoid has been widely used in regenerative medicine,etiol-ogy and pathology,and other fields.Herein,the establishing methods and their applications in predicting drug responses and studying drug resistance mechanisms for non-small cell lung cancer tumor organoids were summarized,and their op-timization of treatment strategies and exploration of potential therapies were discussed.关键词
