Abstract
Objective:To optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of total flavonoids from Stenoloma chusanum(L.)Ching using Box-Behnken response surface methodology.Methods:Single-factor experiments were conducted to explore three influencing factors:ethanol concentration,liquid-solid ratio,ultrasonic temperature.Regarding the extraction amount of total flavonoids as the evaluation index,the combination design of Box-Behnken was combined to optimize the optimal process of total flavonoids extraction.Results:The optimum process conditions for ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids from Stenoloma chusanum were as follows:ethanol concentration 34%,liquid-solid ratio 30∶1(Ml·g-1),ultrasonic extraction temperature 72 ℃,ultrasonic time 40 min.Under these conditions,the predicted value of response surface was 46.132 mg·g-1,the measured average value was 46.052 mg·g-1,RSD=1.61%.Conclusion:The verification results show that this method is practical and reliable,and the effect is good.It can be applied to the extraction of total flavonoids from Stenoloma chusanum,which provides theoretical reference for the extraction of total flavonoids from Stenoloma chusanum.关键词
