Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of combined doctors and nurses ward round with videoeducation on functional exercise of hip replacement patients.Methods:Eighty hip arthroplasty patients treated in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups:study group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).The patients in the control group were given routine oral education,while the patients in the study group were given combined doctors and nurses ward round with video education.The compliance of functional exercise was recorded and compared between the two groups.The recovery of hip joint function at discharge,1 month and 3 months after operation was evaluated with Harris hip joint function scale.Results:The compliance of functional exercise in the study group was sig-nificantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).At the time of discharge,1 month and 3 months after operation,the hip function scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Through the application of combined doctors and nurses ward round with videoeducation on functional exercise of hip replacement patientsin the rehabilitation exercise of hip re-placement patients,it can play a good guiding role and urging effect on postoperative functional exercise of patients.It is beneficial to improve the effect of postoperative functional exercise and promote the recovery of hip joint function.关键词
