Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of MRI in knee degenerative osteoarthropathy. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the imaging data of 70 patients with suspected knee degenerative osteoarthropathy admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to May 2021.All patients underwent MRI examinations, with pathological examination results used as the gold standard to analyze the detection and diagnostic efficacy of MRI for different types of lesions. Results Among the 70 patients with suspected knee degenerative osteoarthropathy,MRI detected 52 positive and 18 negative cases.MRI showed the highest positive detection rates for joint space narrowing, osteophyte formation at the joint margins, and free bodies in the joint cavity, each with a rate of 17.31%.The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value of MRI were 92.31%,88.89%,91.43%,96.00%,and 80.00%,respectively.Conclusion MRI can effectively determine the types of lesions in knee degenerative os-teoarthropathy and strengthen clinical diagnostic efficacy.关键词
