数智时代基于需求导向的高校会计人才培养质量提升路径研究
摘要
Abstract
An important issue in the reform of higher education in the new era is how to train high-quality talents to meet the professional needs of the society.This is reflected in the training of accounting professionals,which is to actively promote the improvement of the training quality of accounting professionals to meet the needs of the society.Therefore,when carrying out accounting teaching,colleges and universities should adhere to the needs of social occupation as the orientation,and cultivate students'practical ability and professional quality on the basis of improving students'theoretical knowledge level,so that students can adapt to the talent requirements of the current accounting industry.In this paper,from the aspects of goal innovation,curriculum system reform,scientific research consciousness introduction,teaching team cultivation and practice platform construction,the innovation path of vocational demand-oriented accounting talent training quality improvement is discussed.关键词
