基于新型"1+X+N"人才培养模式的一流本科课程建设探索

Abstract
In order to adapt to the development demands of the times and respond to the pilot work proposed by the State Council to initiate the"Degree Certificate+Several Vocational Skills Level Certificate"system in applied undergraduate universities,non-governmental colleges are actively exploring the"1+X+N"talent training new model.Under the new talent personnel model,the course group of the provincial first-class undergraduate course"Fiber Optic Communication Technology"has made efforts to improve students'comprehensive application ability in optical fiber communication and cultivate high-quality talents to meet the demands of communication development in the new era by clarifying the course orientation,promoting teaching reform,increasing resource construction,optimizing the teaching content and implementation process,improving course ideological and political education,as well as course performance evaluation.关键词
