建三江水稻产后机械化收获方法与减损技术分析OA

针对现代化大农业节本、提质和增效的生产需求,以节粮减损为主要目标,围绕建三江水稻收获工艺、收获机构造、智能检测等关键技术环节,系统研究建三江水稻产后机械化收获减损和节粮技术与方法.对建三江典型水稻农场的实际收获地块进行对比试验分析,采用含水率、千粒重、单位产量和爆腰增率作为指标进行节粮减损效果评价,试验表明:两段收获法优于直接收获法,适合北方水稻节粮减损的工艺要求.

In view of the production needs of modern large-scale agriculture to save cost,improve quality and increase efficiency,focusing on the key technical links such as rice harvesting technology,harvester structure and intelligent detection in Jiansanjiang,the techniques and methods of post-harvest mechanized harvesting and grain saving in Jiansanjiang were systematically studied with the main goal of grain saving and loss reduction.The actual harvest plots of typical rice farms in Jiansanjiang were compared and analyzed.The water content,1000-grain weight,unit yield and crack increase rate were used as indicators to evaluate the effect of grain saving and loss reduction.The experiment showed that the two-stage harvest method was superior to the direct harvest method,which was suitable for the technological requirements of grain saving and loss reduction in northern rice.
