Abstract
According to the water resource endowment,rational demands of economic society development and other factors,and fully integrating the existing water resource management systems,planning and achievements,analysis was made on the upper line of water resource utilization in Guangxi;the control objectives such as the total amount of regional water use,water use efficiency,groundwater development,utilization and protection etc.were determined;the current status of water resource utilization was evaluated;water resource development and utilization control zones were delimited by zoning and grading;and corresponding control requirements were put forward.关键词
