规范化护理对食管癌术后患者负性情绪、疼痛和睡眠质量的影响
Nursing factors analysis of curative effect in patients with esophageal cancer

Abstract
Objective To analyze the impact of standardized nursing on negative emotions,pain,and sleep quality in patients after e-sophageal cancer surgery.Methods A total of 157 patients with esophageal cancer who underwent radical surgery for esophageal canc-er at the Second Affiliated Hospital of the Air Force Medical University from January 1,2018,to December 31,2021,were selected as the study participants.They were randomly assigned to a study group and a control group using a random number table.The con-trol group received routine nursing intervention,while the study group received standardized nursing intervention on the basis of rou-tine nursing.The negative emotion scores,pain scores,and sleep quality scores before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.A multifactorial unconditional logistic regression model was adopted to analyze the influencing factors of postoperative quality of life in patients with esophageal cancer.Results After effective standardized nursing intervention,the negative emotion scores,pain scores,and sleep quality scores of both groups were lower than before intervention,and the study group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.001).The results of the multifactorial logistic regression analysis showed that urban patients(OR=1.873,95％CI:1.637-1.994),age(OR=1.586,95％CI:0.397-0.605),and medical insur-ance(OR=1.752,95％CI:1.702-1.928)were protective factors of the postoperative quality of life in patients with esophageal cancer,while pain intensity(OR=0.493,95％CI:0.395-0.696)and anxiety level(OR=0.482,95％CI:0.206-0.596)were risk factors of the postoperative quality of life in patients with esophageal cancer.Conclusion Implementing standardized nursing for patients after esophageal cancer surgery can effectively alleviate negative emotions and pain,promote sleep quality,and raise the quali-ty of life for patients.关键词
