中医体质护理对痰湿质缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者的干预效果
Intervention effects of TCM constitution nursing on phlegm-dampness constitution patients in the recovery period of ischemic stroke

Abstract
Objective To analyze the intervention effects of TCM constitution nursing on phlegm-dampness constitution patients in the recovery period of ischemic stroke.Methods Sixty patients in the recovery period of ischemic stroke admitted to the Rehabilitation Medicine Department of Qinzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to July 2023 were selected as the study par-ticipants.According to the results of TCM constitution identification based on Classification and Determination of Constitution in TCM,all patients were identified as having the phlegm-dampness constitution.The patients were allocated to a control group and an observation group using a random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received routine nursing combined with TCM constitution nursing intervention.The nursing intervention lasted for one month for all patients.The constitution identification scores,blood pressure,blood lipids,the Chinese version of the Barthel Index(BI),and the 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey(SF-36)scores were compared between the two groups.Results Be-fore intervention,no significant differences were found in constitution identification scores,blood pressure levels,blood lipid levels,BI scores,and SF-36 scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After intervention,the constitution identification scores of the observa-tion group were lower than those of the control group,and the systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)levels were also lower than those of the control group,with significant differences(P＜0.05).After intervention,the total cholesterol(Tc)level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the triglyceride(TG)level was higher than that of the control group,with significant differences(P＜0.05).After intervention,the BI scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the SF-36 scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion TCM constitution nursing has a high clinical value for phlegm-damp-ness constitution patients in the recovery period of ischemic stroke,which helps strengthen patients'physical function and promote their body's rehabilitation,holding promise for a wider clinical application.关键词
