Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of implementing Cox's interaction model of client health behavior(IMCHB)on cancer-re-lated fatigue and quality of life in lung cancer patients receiving chemotherapy.Methods A total of 80 lung cancer patients receiving chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2022 to February 2023 were randomly assigned to an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,while patients in the observa-tion group received intervention using IMCHB.The cancer-related fatigue and quality of life before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of various dimensions in the Cancer Fatigue Scale(CFS)were lower in the observation group than in the control group,and the scores in the 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey(SF-36)were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of IMCHB in lung cancer patients receiving chemotherapy has good effects,which ameliorate cancer-related fatigue and raise the level of quality of life,holding promise for a wider clinical application.关键词
