摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the toughness of polylactic acid(PLA),PLA blend was prepared by melting blend of silicone rubber-poly(methyl methacrylate)particles and polylactic acid.The effects of cross-linking degree,core-shell ratio and content of silicone rubber-poly(methyl methacrylate)particles on the mechanical properties of PLA were studied.The results showed that the impact strength and tensile strength of polylactic acid blend were 2.88 kJ/m2 and 51.08 MPa respectively when the amount of crosslinker KH570 was 8%and the core-shell mass ratio was 7:3.The impact strength of PLA increased 5.33 times from 1.37 kJ/m2 to 8.67 kJ/m2 when the content of silicon-C particles increased from 0 to 18%.Tensile strength decreased from 74.77 MPa to 38.86 MPa;Elongation at break increased from 2.08%to 25.45%;The bending strength decreased from 106.64MPa to 72.74 MPa.
