Analysis and Evaluation of Uncertainty in Determination of Compression Set for Vulcanized Rubber
摘要
Abstract
The compression set of EPDM sealing material was tested according to ISO 815-1:2008.The uncertainty introduced by measurement repeatability,test equipment,measuring tools and other factors was analyzed quantitatively.The combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated.The results showed that the main component of the uncertainty in the determination of compression set was the uncertainty introduced by the measurement repeatability.When the compression set of EPDM was 28％,the expanded uncertainty was 3.2％(the confidence probability P=95％,the inclusion factor k=2).关键词
