摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize the application effect of quality control circle activities in continuous improvement of medical quali-ty and safety in eye hospitals.Methods The quality control circle leading group was set up,all staff were trained,and activity plans were formulated.The whole hospital was spread out with the departments as the unit and the quality,safety and service as the im-provement goal.Results In the past three years,the quality of medical care has been greatly improved,and patient satisfaction has been significantly improved.In 2021 and 2022,I participated in Henan Province Quality Control Circle competition for two consecutive times,and won a total of 4 third prizes and published 2 papers.Conclusion Quality control circle activities are an effective means to improve medical quality and safety,improve the management ability of grass-roots managers,and train employees'ability to find and solve problems.Through the use of quality control tools,problem solving methods are more scientific and evidence-based,and the ap-plication of quality control circle techniques is worthy of promotion and application in private eye hospitals.关键词
