Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status of physical restraint management implemented by nurses on stroke intervention-al surgery patients and to explore its influencing factors.Methods From August 2022 to November 2022,223 nurses from interven-tional operating rooms in Guangdong Province were selected as research participants.A questionnaire survey was conducted to investi-gate the current status of physical management in patients undergoing thrombosis interventional surgery and to analyze the influencing factors.Results The total score of nurse restraint management was(115.67±8.44)points,and 75 nurses scored over 120 points(i.e.,evaluated as better).Through single-factor analysis and logistic regression analysis,more than 5 years of working experience,having undergone physical restraint training,having a doctor's order for physical restraint,having a dedicated physical restraint process,having a departmental physical restraint evaluation,and including physical restraint in the nursing quality evaluation were positive factors for the quality of physical restraint by nurses in stroke interventional surgery.Conclusion The current status of physi-cal restraint management by nurses on patients receiving stroke interventional surgery in Guangdong Province is not ideal.The overall level of restraint management is relatively average and is influenced by factors such as years of work experience,relevant training expe-rience,and the physical restraint systems of various hospital departments.关键词
