膀胱癌患者二元应对与婚姻满意度的相关性研究
Correlation between dual coping and marital satisfaction in patients with bladder cancer

Abstract
Objective To understand the influencing factors of dual coping ability in bladder cancer patients and provide a basis for im-proving patients'dual coping ability,and rehabilitation quality,and for developing couple-based interventions.Methods From Decem-ber 2020 to December 2021,a survey was conducted using a general information questionnaire,a dual coping scale,and the Olson ma-rital quality questionnaire among postoperative bladder cancer patients from two grade A tertiary hospitals in Shandong Province.Re-sults The dual coping score of bladder cancer patients was(130.97±14.86)points,and the marital satisfaction score was(42.14±5.49)points.There was a significantly positive correlation between dual coping and marital satisfaction(r=0.645,P＜0.01).Dual coping ability was influenced by marital satisfaction and educational level(both P＜0.05).Conclusion The dual coping ability of blad-der cancer patients is at a moderate level.Nurses can promote marital satisfaction between patients and their spouses through couple-based interventions,which can enhance the patients'dual coping ability,thereby raising their rehabilitation and quality of life.关键词
