戊二醛交联丝素蛋白/海藻酸钠复合膜的制备及表征
Preparation and characterization of glutaraldehyde cross-linked filipin protein/sodium alginate composite membrane
摘要
Abstract
In order to investigate the effect of glutaraldehyde(GA)on the composite system of sericin-sodium alginate,the composite film of sericin-sodium alginate was prepared by casting method.The structure and morphology of the composite membrane were characterized by FT-IR,XRD and SEM,and the water absorption and water retention,moisture permeability and air permeability,and biodegradability of the composite membrane were tested.The results showed that the addition of glutaraldehyde could enhance the water absorption and water retention of the material by about 871%and 20%,and reduce the moisture permeability and air permeability as well as prolong the biodegradation time of the material.According to the analysis of the apparent morphology and structure of the material,glutaraldehyde can induce the Silk II transformation of filipin,which will reduce the pore structure of the material and generate more Schiff base intermediates.The results of this study can provide a theoretical basis for the preparation of protein-polysaccharide composite systems.关键词
