硼酚醛环氧树脂共混体系制备基纳米碳纤维的研究
Study on preparation of nanocarbon fibers based on boron phenolic formaldehyde epoxy resin blending system

Abstract
Boron phenolic epoxy resin nanocarbon fibers are prepared by blending electrospinning method.Boron phenolic resin(BPF)modified with epoxy resin(EP)is selected as the raw material,polyvinyl butyraldehyde(PVB)is used as the spinning aid,and ethanol is used as the solvent.After electrospinning,a step heating method is used for curing treatment,and after curing,carbonization treatment is carried out in a tube furnace.After multiple experiments and comparative analysis,it is found that the optimal spinning solution ratio is when the BPF/EP ratio is 95%/5%and the spinning solution concentration is 40%.The spinning effect is best at a spinning voltage of 20 kV,a pushing rate of 1 ml/h,and a spinning distance of 20 cm.The BPF/EP nano based carbon fibers prepared under the optimal spinning solution ratio and spinning process conditions are characterized and detected to have a residual carbon rate of about 64%at 1000℃,the specific surface area of carbon fiber structure is 811.242 m2/g,total pore volume 0.288 cm3/g,among them,the microporous volume is 0.281 cm3/g.The average pore size is 0.590 nm.关键词
