纳米纤维增强海藻酸钠复合薄膜的制备及性能研究

摘要
Abstract
The relatively poor mechanical properties of sodium alginate film limit its application in the field of biomedical materials.Nanofiber blending is an effective means to enhance the mechanical properties of sodium alginate film.Therefore,a nanofiber reinforced sodium alginate composite film was developed to improve its mechanical properties.The morphology,structure and mechanical properties of sodium alginate composite films were characterized by SEM,FTIR,TGA and tensile test.The results showed that the tensile stress of the wet composite film reached the maximum value(8.67 MPa)when the nanofiber content was 3%,which increased by 36.55%.The elongation at break of the dry composite film reached the maximum(9.66%)when the content of nanofibers was 6%,which increased by 389.12%.Nanofibers are good mechanical reinforcements for sodium alginate film,so nanofiber reinforced sodium alginate composite films are expected to expand their application in the field of biomedical materials.关键词
