抗缪勒管激素联合彩色多普勒超声在诊断多囊卵巢综合征中的应用
Application of anti-Muller hormone combined with color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome

Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of anti-Muller's hormone combined with color Doppler ultrasound in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods Sixty patients with PCOS who were treated at the Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to December 2021 were collected.They were randomly allocated to an experimental group and a blank control group,with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group underwent measurement of anti-Muller's hormone,color Doppler ultrasound examination,and measurement of estradiol,testos-terone,luteinizing hormone,and follicle-stimulating hormone levels.The blank control group did not undergo measurement of anti-Muller's hor-mone.The clinical detection accuracy was compared between the experimental group and the blank control group.Results The levels of luteinizing hormone,estradiol,testosterone,and luteinizing hormone in the blank control group were lower than those in the experimental group,and the levels of anti-Muller's hormone,estradiol,testosterone,and luteinizing hormone were higher than those in the experimental group,with statistically signifi-cant differences(P＜0.05).The maximum follicle diameter,total ovarian area,and number of follicles in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the blank control group(P＜0.05).The end-diastolic velocity(EDV)and peak systolic velocity(VS)in the experimental group were higher than those in the blank control group,while the pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)were lower than those in the blank control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The clinical detection rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the blank control group(x2=0.038,P＜0.05).Conclusion The measurement of anti-Muller's hormone combined with color Doppler ultrasound has high diagnostic value in diagnosing patients with PCOS in clinical practice.关键词
